Dear PNAA Leaders.
Greetings! iLDP is five years old. I want to ask your assistance in referring PNAA chapter officers and members to join the iLDP. On behalf of Mindy, Pete, Cherina, Ninotchka, and Emerson, I look forward to seeing you in New York at the convention and, of course, to toast the 5th Year of iLDP. Below is the information about iLDP, and the flyer is attached, which I request you to please forward to PNAA chapter officers and members:
I want to invite you to join the PNAA Leadership Development Program, iLDP. The iLDP is an eight-week online program designed to elevate your leadership to the next level. iLDP offers learning experiences, tools, and resources on concepts of organizational leadership. You will be interacting with your peers, leaders, and mentors in PNAA. The program consists of four modules on leadership in complex organizations, communication & effective meetings, project management, and fiscal responsibility & balanced budget.
There are four modules, and each module runs for two weeks. Learning activities include reading the materials, posting your answers on the discussion board, and replying to at least two of your peers every two weeks. You will also be creating a project management plan (PMP). The components of the PMP are submitted in parts throughout the program as assignments. Below is the schedule.
Module 1 Leadership in Complex Organizations April 11 – April 24, 2022
Module 2 Organizational Communication & Effective Meetings April 25 – May 8, 2022
Module 3 Project Management May 9 – May 22, 2022
Module 4 Fiscal Responsibility & Balanced Budget May 23 – June 5, 2022
We use Moodle as the learning management system. The learning resources, discussion boards, assignments, and interactions require a computer and basic word processing skills. You will have access to Moodle before starting the program so you can familiarize yourself with the technology and navigate the learning space.
The orientation is on April 6th, 9 PM Eastern via Zoom. We also hold iLDP Cafe, wherein we connect with the participants via Zoom to check in if they have any issues, concerns, or questions. The iLDP Cafe is optional. Below is the schedule.

Three participants will be selected to present their PMPs at the Leadership Institute at the PNAA National convention on July 7, 2022. The iLDP graduates will be recognized and have a pinning ceremony at the General Assembly during the convention on July 9, 2022.
